"Well, it is a new hotel - less than 2-3 years old. As Tru, it is basic. Lot's of families. Lot's of unsupervised children I was looking forward to being able to plug my EV in to charge. Unfortunately - of the six EV charge stations available, three were occupied y non-EV vehicles (of course), and three were occupied by EV that were done charging but apparently the owners felt that the Tru EV Chargers were their oen, personal hone chargers. None of this is the fault of this Hilton property, though. Just people thinking only of themselves."

"This Was Our Second Visit To Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Holland, MI. First The Positive Includes Good Location, Good Condition, Cleanliness, Ammenities, Breakfast & Coffee/Tea Drinks Offered During The Day. The Negatives Would Include Morning Road Noise On The Backside Of The Hotel & Their $100 Deposit Collected At Check In Which If Paid By Credit Card Is Returned Within 2-10 Days After Departure."

" there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast"

"Great location a few blocks from the main shopping district of historic Holland , walkable Starbucks, coffee in the lobby, breakfast to order, not included. Uniquely designed rooms, quite fun! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue"

"Rooms looked to be newly remodeled, very clean. Staff was very nice, plenty of parking. No elevator but did have handicap accessible rooms on main floor. "
