La ubicación que marca la aplicación está mal, queda del otro lado de la carreta por lo que no de chiste quedas cerca de la laguna, además de ese lado no hay restaurantes y ellos no tienen el servicio como lo marca la aplicación, no hay nada que comer a ninguna hora y la calle no está pavimentado, la habitación está bien pero el baño olía a usado, en general el trato del personal muy bueno.

Las habitaciones falta un poco de mantenimiento al igual que la entrada hacia el hotel mucho pasto y para el que no conoce es algo difícil. En cuanto al personal la chica de recepción muy amable con las indicaciones, la alberca muy agradable para pasar la tarde

Ese hotel es una porquería, nada de lo que presentan en fotos es una realidad, favor de no contratar ese hotel, es una estafa y ustedes cómo Expedia deberían primero analizar sus calientes como este tipo de establecimientos ya que está en juego su veracidad de ustedes, por otro lado, espero me regresen mi dinero, gracias, ya que no volveré a contratar por medio de Expedia, son una estafa.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo para hospedarse y descansar después de un largo día de tour en Bacalar. Quito un punto porque los cuartos no están insonorizados 😅

La habitacion no era muy confortable, con detalles en el baño y espacio, los alrededores del hotel en la noche, son muy oscuros porque son monte y carretera , no habia internet en el hotel ! La atención del personal amable y buena !
