I could not believe the service - the very highest standard, where every single person makes you feel welcome, and wants your stay to be the best ever. Turn down service with hand made sweets, wonderful fitness room, Long Bar, where I was able to have coffee with colleagues in town. It was all amazing. "

"The hotel is older but very well maintained, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the on property Starbucks is great but slow, location is great for shopping, a quiet area to stay and good coffee shops around the area"

The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience."

"Hotel has a beautiful lobby, but our room was a little tired. Needs a refresh. It would be especially nice if there were some USB outlets on the nightstand on at least one side of the bed (if not both). Then there is the "urban fee" much like a "resort fee" which is simply an add-on, which is just a way to hide the true cost of the hotel. "
