No room servicing unless requested and towel change and bin empty was facilitated by placing these in the hallway. Replacement towels and empty bin were there when we got back. Asked about a bus to Norwich, but the desk had little idea - there's a direct bus that passes by the entrance to the Manor."

"Thought the property and facilities were all of a high standard. We found it a little confusing as to how to find own property but we got there in the end. Games room was a great addition. Food and service in restaurant were also good. Would definitely consider visiting again."
