"While I realize the property is still under restoration, it would have been best to put effort into getting the lift functional (I have mobility issues and stairs are a difficult task). Staff was amazing to non-German speaking guests. 😃"

"Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel Great view from the balcony. Near to the Kurpark & Vita Sol. Pretty amazing really. The staff all work hard Can't wait to go again!"

"The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options."

"The hotels we usually go to in Bielefeld (Amedia Express, Weitblick) were booked out and we tried this hotel. We were somewhat disappointed by the hotel given the positive reviews: -The building and room are a bit dated. The mattress and bed frame were not very solid. -There was a lingering smell similar to electric burning in the room. -WiFi was unreliable and did not always work. -There was no staff at check-in (on a Sunday afternoon). The location is fine. There is plenty of free parking and it is a reasonable budget hotel, just not what we expected."
