"The hotel and room was beautiful and in a great location. Sadly, due to an airline strike, we had to last minute cancel or second night to fly home. We were devastated. The staff were so empathetic and compassionate towards our situation and even helped us to get a refund on our second night even though it was non refundable. They were beyond accommodating. If we are able to visit Barcelona again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here."

"This property was in a great location for shopping and convenience. We were near restaurants, boutiques, close to an uber pickup location. The only drawback was the construction zone was right next to the hotel . Staff was so helpful and very friendly. "

Great breakfast buffet and a Michelin restaurant in the lobby that we had lunch at one day, delicious 😋 We learned about the Beatles staying here in 1965 and the history of this historic hotel. We will come back. "

The first night was difficult because our A/C wasn't working. But we upgraded to a new room and it was lovely. The rooms are impeccable! Great boutique hotel in a very convenient location."
