Amazing staff and fabulous location

Great location right in the midst of the action at Baga Beach, and directly onto Tito's Lane (but still relatively quiet). Staff are super friendly and can't do enough to help. Highly recommended!

The area is definitely loud until late night, but expected in the area and the hotel is upfront about it. Lighting in the room and on the grounds was not great. Otherwise clean, comfortable, and convenient to Baga beach.

Nice location, heart of Baga beach. Lots of bar, restaurants ect They forget about third person. We put extra bed and room no exactly name like in the website. Nice hotel but be careful lots club open until 3-4am and lots noise in the room

The property was lovely - very idyllic and with plenty of great amenities. The staff were helpful and the food was delicious. However the surrounding area was so loud that the first night, it felt like we were in a club bathroom. Thankfully, the music goes down a lot at midnight allowing us to finally get some peace.

Dirty beaches and noisy during the night

There was loud music from the beach restaurants until 4am every night. Totally ruining the vacation. The beach was dirty and lots of dogs kept doing their business in the sand. The quality of the food and services on the beach restaurants was below average. Swimming in the sea was restricted by floating ropes in swimlanes

Visited with a friend. Awesome location in the most happening place in Goa- Titos lane. Room was great and room service was good. Food was great...breakfast buffet was great as well. I booked cottages which was surrounded by a mini garden and the whole place has trees, banana plants and other plants for a typical tropical look. Swimming pool looked awesome like the infinity pool. Wish they had private entrances rather than having to walk up and down through the reception area.

Beautiful setting, good service.

Perfect location on the beach! Rooms are fantastic. It's more or less a colonial villa. The pool is nice and the breakfast is tasty. I'm a deep sleeper so the music did not bother me at all. I had room Basil which is far from Tito's lane. It had a balcony and was nice and quiet.

Absolutely great stay

From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. The suitcases was taken by the staff and delivered to the room. I think we got the best suite they had "cinnamon" great view from the kingsize bed over the sea. Very big bathroom with his/hers zink. Fresh towels everyday and drinking water. There also was a fridge on the room. Soap, conditioner and body wash also provided. The only thing that's was a bit annoying was the music from the bars. But we knew about it and lived with it. There was very clean all the times and all the staff was very polite and helpfull. We did not use the beaches but enjoyed our days at the pool. Were there also was fresh towels and a good bar. The prices are a bit higher then the beach. The beach are just outside the gate and across the street. Titos road are 30 meters away. Will highly recommend this hotel

The Resort is very close to the clubs, Beach and Beach Shacks. The staff are very kind and helpful. In an area with parking issues, it was a big relief to have parking at the Resort.

Stayed for a week including NYE. The hotel grounds are well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mona. The room was okay but great value for the money and in prime location on Baga beach. There is awesome artwork throughout the grounds and rooms. It’s important to note if you want a quiet retreat, this is not the place. However, if you want to be steps from the action of Baga beach and Tito’s lane this is the best place to stay!’
