The location is truly center city within walking to the Uffizi, Duomo, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio and Academie. S Te aff was friendly and helpful."

"Check in was super quick and easy, staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel in general is modern and stylish with good character. Our room was nice, we paid more to have a bigger room but actually it was too big, almost echoing. Walls were plain, needed some more furniture to fill the space. Our room was nice and warm when we turned the heating on. However our bathroom was always very cold. Overall, was a very pleasant stay. "
