The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. This is a beautiful hotel just outside Florence. It is about 15-20 minutes from the main city of Florence but it is worth the drive if you looking for a peaceful relaxing quiet hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. We stayed one night due to an early flight. We were able to park the rental car on-site for free. We returned the car to the airport rental lot at 5:30 am.

Great clean room. Just what we needed for an overnight prior to flight home from Venice. Staff was great and helpful. Made taxi arrangement for morning and gave suggestion for restaurant for early dinner prior to 7pm openings for most restaurants.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. Spectacular - the best part of Florence without the craziness of in-town tourist zoo. 15 min taxi to the center of town and a very welcome escape for the evening. The restaurant is second to none and is a close second only to the Villa San Michele next door.

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day.
