We were first given a room with a damaged wall (as shown in the photo) and a malfunctioning bathroom. We reported it and were moved to another room, but in the second room, the sink and shower were clogged—they had to send a plumber just so we could use it. It was a disaster. "This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t confirm the address before putting it in for the Uber but would have been a nice heads up! "
