"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building! Communication with the Newtopique team was prompt and polite. The apartment is in a great location to walk to the Uffizi and lots of other sights. The couches do show some wear and stains, and outlets for charging are hard to come by, but overall it was gorgeous and we found it very cozy! Everything we needed to cook basic meals was in the kitchen, too. There's a lot of traffic noise all day and night from the busy street outside, so come prepared...

"We enjoyed a very "local" style stay at the apartment. The a/c worked great and the alley is relatively quiet at night. The back patio was fun to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk from the area."

"We all loved the apartment. It was described well on line and the coffee provided was fantastic. My only comment to improve, would be to give the check in process, address and instructions well before the trip—-at least 1 week notice. It was stressful coming and not having the check in instructions with a few days in advance, never having been to Italy before."

"This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t confirm the address before putting it in for the Uber but would have been a nice heads up! "
