"This was a great stay in Florence. The location is excellent for both Santa Maria Novella and the center of the city. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and it was very spacious and you could tell lots of care was taken to make the space clean and amenable. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Nous avions envoyé un mail pour annoncer notre arrivée et n’avons pas eu de réponse. Sur place, l’hôte est arrivé peu après nous. L’ascenseur est assez « creepy ». L’hôte nous est apparu antipathique. Il nous a donné pas mal d’informations parfois contradictoires. La chambre est correcte mais le ménage n’est pas fait notamment sous le lit. Une couette serait bienvenue car nous avons eu froid la nuit. La salle de bain est privative mais se trouve dans une pièce en face de la chambre. Les...
