"Wow! Loved this place. Staff was so helpful, breakfast buffet was out of this world, dinners were really nice, and room (suite) was really comfortable. The garden area is pretty and quiet (except for the dulcet sound of the bells from the Duomo. Dolce vita!). The pool is small, but we weren’t there to swim, and pools are hard to find period in Europe. Close to all of the sites (walking distance). Didn’t try the spa, but that probably adds to the experience. Yeah, I’d go back for sure."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. We could hear some construction noise at the reception desk, but once we got to our room, it was quiet and far from the remodeling. Our room was very comfortable, with cold A/C and a large bathroom. The hotel is in a great location just outside the city center and a very short walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral."

"Wonderful as usual. We stayed here before. Allessandro at the front reception is always friendly and chatty. We love discussing the Mio Miglia w/him. The breakfast buffet is wonderful- the gal who manages is very efficient and kind. It’s peaceful here yet you are close to all the sites and the train station. The only thing is the beds are harder than we like😬. Restaurant below has great food for dinners"

"Wow this hostel was truly an all-inclusive experience. We got a private room and it was HUGE! Our room was clean and everything was up to par. The hotel is in an exceptionally walkable area. There’s a streetcar and bus that you can catch right from the Florence train to the hotel which was very convenient. The pool area was a fantastic amenity and relaxing escape from the bustling city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Only slight issue is the long check in line but it goes by fast. "

"Great location to restaurants and many attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Agusto checked us in and gave us some amazing local recommendations. I have a very sensitive nose, and the hotel smelled absolutely incredible, which made a great first impression. We were so pleased with our room. After hopping around Italy, this stay felt like the perfect mix of convenience and affordable luxury. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The only small downside was that the blackout curtains didn’t fully block out the light, but everything else was truly fantastic."
