"We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence. "

"Great location for the property and nice and welcoming staff. There is a nice view since rooms and breakfast are at 4th and 5th floor. we were allowed to have breakfast very early because of our early departure. Worst thing was about the shower in the bathroom: it had no curtain at all, but most of all, there was very little water coming out"
