"Gorgeous property in the Santa Croce neighborhood- plenty of space, impressive artwork and features. Quiet location close to all the tourist destinations. My only complaint was that you did not have access to the garden, it is the owner’s private garden, and the VRBO description makes it seem part of your rental- a little disappointing. Overall an amazing property in a gorgeous, super safe setting- RECOMMEND!"

"Beautiful, traditional apartment in Central Florence. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen has all the necessities. We we enjoyed ourselves and walked to many important sites. It was close to restaurants and markets. There are more steps there to get to the apartment that wire were not aware of. It took effort to get our luggage up those stairs. Wonderful apartment. e. T"

"The room was large with a full dining and large lounge space. Beautiful claw foot bath and antique timber ceilings. Early entry but had a dirty glass there. There was no breakfast offered at this B&B, I was disappointed the washing machine was "broken" but no laundry room seen. The head room in the bathroom doorway was hobbit sized.. but charming. Location and security excellent but a bit noisy at night. Seemed to be a vibrating sound every five minutes at about 1am and 6am too? There is no...

"Had 2 rooms. 1 had wrong beds and they changed it within a hour. Room was nice and close to a lot. Everything was walkable. Staff was nice. AC was good in 1 room and didn’t work first night in other room. They fixed it day 2 but it leaked water next few days on floor. Shower was amazing. Didn’t do food or watch TV so can’t speak to those. Had laundry service done that worked out great."
