"For our first time in Florence, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. They directed us to everything we needed at every turn. The hotel restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet! Overall this was a very memorable family vacation and much of it had to do with the hotel amenities and staff!"

"The room was nice and clean. Bathroom smaller but that is common for Florence hotels. Walking distance from train station churches and museums. Breakfast was very good nice variety. I would highly recommend"

"The roof bar has a great view of the City worth visiting whether you stay or not. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lighting was minimal. Hotel appears to be mainly housing for students studying abroad so the room floors feel a bit dormitory style. And the room and amenity access is a bit quirky requiring elevator transfers. But overall good value and I would stay there again"

"This is a lovely old hotel in the center of the city. A bit overpriced for the quality of the rooms but great location and the staff is lovely. The lounge area is large and a great place to meet others or to hang out. Lots of construction around the hotel in May 2026."
