"The hotel is 5 minutes walk from train station, very convenient . Close by anything we want to do/see! Staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the hotel sign were not stand out. It took us a bit of time to look for it. "

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, great housekeeping and a very much appreciated water cooler to refill your water bottles as you wish. Stayed 5 nights and would highly recommend."

"Absolutely beautiful property. From the spacious rooms to the stunning courtyard and not to mention the relaxing spa/pool facilities. Its proximity to a lot of sights and restaurants was really good. And of course the staff were so very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Camillia for all her care and service to our group. "It was a nice stay, I expected a bit more for $300 a night. The room was very small. Location was great for walking to the Duomo and Basilica Santa Croce. We were cautioned by the front desk for walking around after dark though. The front desk did call Taxi’s for guests. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of food. "
