"Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "I was disappointed to find out that this hotel was tucked away in an awkward location. I read that it was a 15 min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa but it is actually a 15/20 minute drive instead. There is a bus stop fairly close by that tou can walk to but this only runs once an hour. The rooms are very basic but this is expected for the price however they are clean and comfortable. "Situated just a few minutes by car from the old Arezzo City Center, this 400 years old building is an architectural gem in a beautiful landscape. Since there is peace and quiet, you sleep well. Breakfast is very good."

"My husband and I stayed here at the end of our honeymoon trip and it was so calming and relaxing to stay here! The spa access was so nice. The food was great and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! When we left my husband forgot his wedding band in the room, but we had already gotten to the airport so when I called the staff went above and beyond to find his ring and when they did they sent a taxi to the airport to give it to us.
