"From different hotels I've stayed in Florence in the past, I'd say Minerva was the better one. These are what you may notice: roomier lounge, more light, roof top view, and also very educated staff. The room service manager is very smart in timing and the location is less than 10 min walk to Duomo or Uffizzi, and Vecchio, etc. Also if you have car, the area in front of hotel is great for valets or parking, and taxis can come to pick you up easily (specially if want to attend a venue) "

"Nicest couple who hosted and welcomed me. It is an old building and dated but it was a clean and spacious room. The bed however was extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work the best. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot at night. "

"Beautiful, air-conditioned room with mini fridge with complimentary water/juice/beer and a balcony overlooking the river which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee. There is also a guest lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. Very friendly and welcoming host and very cute resident dog. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Florence. "

"Next to the train station so that’s a huge plus. Access to taxi is awesome. Could be cleaner for the price but staff was super accommodating so it made up for the other things that needed improvement. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Very modern. The staff in the lobby was very nice to us. But there was once employee who was significantly rude to us. It was 9 pm and I was getting ready to leave for dinner and somebody complained about me walking in heels inside the room. When the employee came to the room about the complaint he was extremely rude. "

"Staff at the property is good an helpful. Location is good walkable to all key attractions. Also, Train Station is walkable for day trips to other towns in Tuscany. Hotel lobby , garden and roof top are nice. Rooms are bit dated and need updating."
