"Loved everything about the beautiful Croce di Malta. My room with a balcony was exceptonal with a beautiful outlook. Hotel staff without exception were helpful, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to find me a room for one night that I was unable to book online, meaning I didn't have to move. Tje rooftop bar had a stunning view over Florence & the pool was lovely to return to after a day of sightseeing & walking. I would most definitely stay at the Croce di Malta again. H"

"Hotel D’Orologio is beautiful and so much nicer than the photos. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious and traditional Italian with all the modern equipment. The breakfast room is beautiful looking over Santa Maria Novella. The location is perfect for Florence, short walk from all the attractions and tourist areas and in a beautiful area, also benefitting from being a short walk from the train station. Would highly recommend, a beautiful stay and perfect for our honeymoon! "

We checked in late and the front desk phoned a nearby restaurant to make sure we can still go for dinner. The breakfast staff offered to refill our water bottle for us.
