"We had a lovely stay in Florence. The staff were very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the air conditioner was a great added comfort."

"this hotel is right by the train station so that was an added bonus BUT a little far from the city. Super clean, friendly staff overall a great stay. Only downside was that it was located on a busy ONE WAY street so during peak hours it could be hard to leave/ get to the area if traveling by taxi."
