"Great place to stay for a couple of days walking around Florence. The room was very large and regularly cleaned and remade, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and the service was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was a 15 walk through some rambling streets but no problem, even with a medium sized wheeled suitcase. The only improvements I would look for would be a kettle in the room and replenishment of water. We got two small bottles on arrival but nothing after that. "

"This was my first time in Florence and had a great experience staying here. This place is like 8 mins away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. Also very close to other attractions. The room was very specious and comfortable and it was cleaned everyday. Highly recommend this place. "

"The team were great, and Angelo was especially helpful. I loved the location, you can easily head out, explore, and walk back to the hotel within minutes to rest. As far as city-break hotels go, this was right up there. The hotel’s design is also excellent."
