My husband and I ended our 10 day tour of Italy here, with a 2 night stay. We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a really nice, quiet, boutique hotel. It is easily walkable to everything around Florence’s city center, as well as the main train station. Samuela, who checked us in at the hotel, was really helpful with suggestions in the area including local shops and restaurants. The room was large, with a modern luxury bathroom, and extremely cold A/C. We will definitely book here again when we come back to Florence.

My wife and I had never been to Florence so we did not know what to expect. We were blown away. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the sauna every morning before sightseeing. I would highly recommend staying here.

Andrew and Paola are so amazing and accommodating. They informed us how to get to the residence, gave us extra duvets when we were a little cold, were very on top of cleaning and COVID protocol, and were very informative. They communicate quickly and informed us very soon after we left about an item left behind, and helped us call a taxi back to airport as we do not speak Italian and needed a very early morning ride. Large room with comfortable beds. Great air conditioning! Wonderful breakfast. Great customer service. Nice location. Walked everywhere. Never had to take a taxi.

This property listing was a bit confusing. The photos are photos of different room options I guess. We weren’t really sure what we had booked. But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Room was very nice, very roomy, and had a great view of the river. Location was perfect to access everything by foot. We would definitely stay here again.
