"The location is fantastic as is the view from the living room. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. They need to get some new furniture in the living room, it is extremely old (michaelangelo old!) and uncomfortable. The heat in the living room also did not work well. They also need to get a new microwave (broken) and coffee maker which is circa 1945."
