"The place was filthy. There was a dirty coffee mug on the table, the sofa had a gross looking stain and so did the comforter. The sheets had hairs that weren’t ours. WiFi didn’t work for more than half our stay and I was ignored the several times I reached out to get some help, when I finally got a response I was told the office hours (I wrote during office hours) and got no solution to the WiFi issue.
