"The location is fantastic as is the view from the living room. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. They need to get some new furniture in the living room, it is extremely old (michaelangelo old!) and uncomfortable. The heat in the living room also did not work well. They also need to get a new microwave (broken) and coffee maker which is circa 1945."

You will not find friendlier or more helpful staff anywhere in Europe. They took care of everything including complicated laundry tasks, shopping recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation. The spa was a relaxing treat after long days of travel and the rooms provided plenty of space to unwind. The location is close to everything while being away from the main tourist area. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to stay here again sometime soon. "
