"We absolutely adored this hotel in every way. The views were not to be believed. It was only a 10 to 15 taxi to anywhere in Florence. Heavenly. My only suggestion is please add a shower curtain to the bath/ shower area so the water doesn’t spray all over the bathroom. Otherwise, this place will exceed anyone’s expectations and dreams! GRATZI! "

"This property met our family of 4’s needs for the two nights that we were in Florence. The property is clean and comfortable, and the manager is very responsive. There is not a lot of space to put belongings, but for being there only two nights, that didn’t matter. it is in a great location!"
