"The hotel was chosen for its covenient location close to the tram stop and the main city area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and room clean. Air conditioning worked well. Close to a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions."

"We chose it for convenience and location and it delivered that way. But it is a 2 star hotel so we were mindful of that… we opened the balcony door and a cockroach went in our room… while chasing it to kill it we moved the beds/ and notice how stained the mattress was and the wood panels on the box ( base) were broke in some areas making the mattress sink a bit. The furniture is very dated and cheap but the linens were very clean as was the room."
