The location is as good as you can get in Florence, literally in front of the Duomo, and walking distance to all the museums, beautiful churches and also the train station. Would come back for sure!

This place was incredible . Just at the corner by the Duoma... and in the center of everything. It was a last minute booking and we were surprised at how professional and helpful the staff was. A clean room, nice bed and around the corner from the main tourist area. They also held our luggage while we explored during the next day. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

The front desk staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile. The room was immaculately clean and the bed comfortable. It's in a central location with everything on the doorstep. I would highly recommend and as a solo female traveller felt very safe.
