"This was a last minute reservation in Firenze and we lucked out. The location is excellent, within a 3 minute walk of the Ponto Vecchio bridge (in the more interesting side). The room felt as if we were staying in a literal palace, with beautiful original art and delightful staff. Only one minor deficiency was the quality of the WiFi, but I suspect this is a regional issue. Would definitely come back here. "

"The room was very nice, a large space, and was in a very quiet area, with transportation close nearby. Easy walking to more "local" spots (out of the city center). The communication was good, and they were quick to respond! The room was clean- but for one bit- there are some dead mosquito residue on the walls. Other than that, great spot, great location, safe location. I recommend for female solo travelers! "

"The building was wonderful; the room was also very nice. However, there was a little closed smell that went away once I opened the window. The reception was at another address (4 min walk) only open until 6 pm. Overall is a good choice."
