Unbelievable. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Florence. The visit was made even better by its manager, Roberta. She responded to every request but more important she shared her extensive knowledge of Florence, its history, wine restaurants in a wonderfully interesting way.

Loved this central location, where the only challenge was dropping our luggage from the rental car, as who knew we should have just pulled up on the sidewalk and unloaded, but we didn't want to be the ugly Americans ☺️, as street was one lane and we would have caused a back up. Could not be a nicer location, with outstanding windows that blocked all street noise in this lively area. I cannot say enough about Maison du Sage: Bed and breakfast hospitality with Boutique Hotel Elegance in Residential Apartment building. Everything about the Plaza Lucchesi is beyond excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In particular the bar staff (Lorenzo, Marko and Leonardo). Enriquo, the food and beverage manager is great and Sylvia and Roman at the concierge desk are knowledge and very helpful. I will never stay anywhere else in Florence.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcomed and relaxed. Location is perfect, excellent breakfast and a staff that is simply wonderful in all aspects. Restaurants recommended by the concierge were excellent even though they did not appear on the internet’s restaurant’s list.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. I would like to give special shout out front desk staff Clevi who has awesome skills to keep guest comfortable. Location of hotel is also perfect for 10 min walk to Rose Garden.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Florence, very near Piazza Santa Croce. Walkable to all major areas of interest, but not in a jammed tourist area. Service of the reception/concierge staff was impeccable. They all really took the time to develop individual suggestions and solutions. Worth visiting again.

This hotel was AMAZING! I don’t know know why it doesn’t have more stars (is it because they don’t have room service?). We had an apartment and both rooms were very spacious, a kitchenette and one full bathroom. Decoration is totally chic abd in the center of Florence. Loved it. Wish they had more hotels like this one all over Europe and US.

Rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. Nice location in real Florence neighborhood with good food nearby but also walkable to the river and the major attractions. Enrico, the proprietor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious.
