"The Market Urban hotel was one of the best hotels in Europe that we’ve stayed at. The room was large and spacious, with fantastic air conditioning. Our bathroom had a tub which is rare. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was really good. The location was very central to everything Florence has to offer. Without a doubt, I will stay here when we return. "

"I spent 3 nights at the c-hotels Ambasicatori while visiting Florence to see the MotoGP event in Mugello. The hotel is right next to the train station, which makes it pretty convenient to everything in Florence. City is small and walkable. Checking was nice and staff let me check in early as i was traveling from the US. I got a room with a nice balcony overlooking the main train station. The area is active and noisy. This is not anything to do with the hotel. The room is quiet considering the activity in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful for all my questions. I had a drink at the bar and breakfast one day. Both were good experiences. Thanks for a good stay!"

"We loved the hotel and we loved Florence. The front desk staff was phenomenal and so helpful. They were very friendly. The breakfast every morning was delightful. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was open and they had a breakfast bag for us for our travels. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Easy access by Tram from Airport. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and museums and galleries within a short walk (10-15 mins)"

"However, was snookered either at the hotel or by a taxi driver. As I was almost out of Euros I paid by credit card at the hotel for a 4am ride to the airport. The taxi driver wouldn't accept that so I gave him my last cash. Not sure how else I could have resolved that."

"Great hotel with a real Italian feel! Excellent location on a nice quiet street to walk to everything in the city center, including the main sites, museums, restaurants, etc. Rami and Tamera were outstanding "hosts" and went out of their way to make my stay perfect, as I'm sure they do for every guest. Great attention to details -- from the room amenities to the very good breakfast (which was continually refreshed so you never have to wait for anything). Very clean & comfortable single room with a nice shower. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!"

"Clean, gets loud at night sometimes Service was amazing, all of them were very patient and helpful. I forgot my passport when checking out.. they realized it and texted me on what’s app right away. Fortunately I was still waiting for Uber outside.
