"The patio landscape needs pruning and clean up, the shower in the main bedroom is missing a door, and the other showers flooded the floors.As soon as we walked in, we could smell a musty/moldy smell.The TV in the living room doesn't work and they never came to fix our replace it, and the toaster didn't work. It's nice and large for the family, but the showers are bad. "

"The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed. The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. We had a room facing the street but it was still quiet. Great to have the small kitchen for tea/coffee in the morning. The roof terrace with a view of the Duomo is so nice. Did not use spa. Short walk to all sights and neighborhood near hotel has good restaurants and nightlife. "
