The property was incredible. Very comfortable beds, very large living areas, amenities were readily available with cleaning service daily. Great hosts who were great at communicating, offered suggestions, and allowed for luggage storage even after check out. Prime location next to the David (can be slightly louder from the street in the morning on that one side, but not too bothersome). Overall an excellent stay!

This hotel has the perfect location, near enough to walk to everything, but in an upscale, quiet area. Right next to the Arno.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

I visited more then 10 Four Seasons hotels around the world and every tim i think they couldn't be better, but this time i was wrong, they (FS) done it better. Hotel was like another planet, perfect in any way, i usually pay a lot attention to details and mistakes, i was trying hard to find them, but there was non. Recommend this hotel to everyone, 100%, you will be more then amazed.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is in great condition. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is very nice as well....there is a wide range of options, all displayed beautifully. The best part about the hotel might be the location. It is in the heart of town, just steps from the Duomo but also seems off the beaten path and remains very quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks while exploring Florence and Tuscany. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Conveniently located within walking distance to major attractions, and just around the corner from the train station for day trips to Cinque Terre, Venice, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimignano. This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Florence, very near Piazza Santa Croce. Walkable to all major areas of interest, but not in a jammed tourist area. Service of the reception/concierge staff was impeccable. They all really took the time to develop individual suggestions and solutions. Worth visiting again.

Classic, beautiful hotel originally a monastery in the 1300's. Staff is exceptional and rooftop restaurant and bar offer impressive views. Only negative is some of the bathroom showers are combined with the bathtub, due to modernization limitations to a historic building.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The price was so worth it. The resort has a delicious restaurant, comfortable and luxurious accommodations, a lovely bar, relaxing pool area, and the most amazing Tuscan hills view. We can attest that the romantic sunset they promote is spot on. There is a quaint downtown a 10 minutes walk away as well. It was conveniently located to Florence and many other Tuscan locations. It was amazing to get an authentic Tuscan experience.
