"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building! Communication with the Newtopique team was prompt and polite. The apartment is in a great location to walk to the Uffizi and lots of other sights. The couches do show some wear and stains, and outlets for charging are hard to come by, but overall it was gorgeous and we found it very cozy! Everything we needed to cook basic meals was in the kitchen, too. There's a lot of traffic noise all day and night from the busy street outside, so come prepared...

"The location is amazing; right by Carrera Gelato! ;-) The place is good, the pull-out couch is okay, not super-comfortable. Our biggest issues were that the shower head was broken, so we had to rig up something to we didn’t have to hold it all the time. And, the manager/owner is kind, but not very responsive. It seems as if she’s only online about 9 am every day…if you write at 9:15 with a question or problem…don’t expect to hear back for 24 hrs. AND, we had very bad luck with the lockbox. When...
