"This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t confirm the address before putting it in for the Uber but would have been a nice heads up! "

"This property was exceptionally clean. The only thing we are complaining about is that the window to the street doesn’t close completely so we can hear the noise from the street. It was quiet at night because there was not cars driving, otherwise there was noise. One of the greatest things we loved was the breakfast. There are no places in Florence that give breakfast for free like Mia’s place. And breakfast was amazing. Nadia is a wonderful hosts. Everything is within walking distance (10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella Train Station). We always felt safe even at night. "
