"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "

"Clean comfortable room (with AC), nice bathroom, elevator. Very attentive staff. Requires taxi or tram (5 min walk) to old city, shops, restaurants. Liked being outside of the chaos of Florence. "
"We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was not in the tourist area, rather with the locals but walkable to all the key locations.
The staff were amazing and did a great job getting us oriented to the city. They provided us with phenomenal recommendations for food. We tried almost all of them- we loved each one and greatly enjoyed the atmosphere. They also gave us activity recommendations.
We felt very blessed to have such a great experience and largely due to their staff’s recommendations. We had friends who were in town the same days as we were but didn’t eat as well as we did.
It is a bit of a walk to the main attractions - maybe 20 min. We enjoyed the stroll, crossing the bridges and taking in the sites.
The room as nice, spacious by European standards. Very clean. AC was ok, but we are American and are used to freezing with our AC in. Matress was very firm- probably my only negative.
We have friends traveling to Florence within the next year and strongly suggested that they stay here."
