"Me and my girlfriend really did enjoy this property. Both host were very friendly and welcoming to us. We both did enjoy the feel at Home environment. We would definitely come back here on a future trip. Big shout out to the host for the wonderful cook meals. Great to know a bit about them as well."

"The people were all extremely nice and helpful, location was amazing, exactly what we were after having never been to Florence !!"

"Great location away from the crowds. Quiet. Elegant hotel with a friendly and pleasant staff."

"Excellent location, breakfast was awesome, perfect place for a young couples."

"Beautiful place. In a residential area so not much to do around there, but the train station is close which is nice. Gianna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed."

"Wonderful stay again here-our second time. Beautifully clean, perfect location and friendly staff-thankyou for another lovely stay!"

"Finding the location and checking in was a bit confusing. It’s also un-manned and a pretty steep fee to check in outside of the set 3 hours you are supposed to check in. Location was phenomenal and the room was clean. They also left out extra towels and toilet paper which was appreciated since there’s no front desk or anyone there. If you just need a bed in the heart of Florence and are flexible when you can check in then it’s a great place for that"

"Staff were very helpful and always available to help even by phone. Rooms were clean, big enough and quiet. "

"Breakfast was excellent and what a lovely host. "

"Nice, secluded guest room, plenty of space, the bedroom is a loft, so some stair climbing is required. The staff was friendly, kept the room clean and well stocked."

"Great location, clean rooms, host was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay again!"
