"The staff was awesome and the area fantastic. The rooftop view amazing. I would caution though to make sure there are no stairs to your room once you get out of the elevator. We ended up with 17 stairs to get to our room. My bad as I should have asked or made it known we needed accessibility. Lesson learned. Overall we did okay. "

"Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again."
