We had a wonderful experience aboard the Ambassador Signature Cruise. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ship was elegant, clean, and well maintained, and our bay-view cabin was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. The itinerary was well organized, giving us enough time to enjoy the stunning scenery while participating in activities such as kayaking and exploring the...

Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long

Bai Chay

10/10 Excellent

I travel all over the world and Ive never stayed at a hotel where EVERYTHING was great. From the moment I stepped out of my taxi I was greeted by exceptional people with smiles on their faces. In 5 days I never opened a door because 2 staff members would beat me to it. The ferry boat that goes back and forth runs every 20 minutes and its only a 5-7 min ride. When you step off the little ferry boat, another staff member is waiting in a golf cart for you. And the grounds are incredible, with a...

Dragon Legend Hotel

Bai Chay

10/10 Excellent

The hotel is brand new, so I would strongly recommend it, just by that virtue alone. But on top, the staff was amazing - very friendly and organized they were drugging our baggage, calling us taxi and opening doors for us 24/7. The placement of the hotel is also great - just one block away from a lot of night life and the night bazaar. If I would recommend something that is the increase the temperate of the swimming pool on the top floor to make it more pleasant for swimming.
