"I loved the location; easy to walk around the city. The metro was close. The Concierge was excellent; he spoke Spanish and helped us out with great enthusiasm. The other Concierge who spoke French could not be bothered. The rest of staff was great and the property lovely. I just wish housekeeping would wash the floors at least once during the stay"
