"The receptionist at the front desk (Ashely) was amazing. She definitely deserves a raise. We were 4 hours early before check in and yet she accommodated us and got us into a room immediately. Also she heard us talking about getting breakfast somewhere gave us a recommendation that turned out to be some really great food. And inexpensive. She was very nice and informative. The hotel was very clean and better than we expected at an inexpensive price."

I am so used to other properties having their staff roll their eyes and give me such a hard time about these same requests. It's like pulling teeth with other hotels. But not HERE!!! Sonesta was the best hotel I could choose with the best rates and service in my opinion!!! "
