"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days....

However, as many pointed out before, there is a night club at the top of the hotel, which luckily I was out of season hence it was only on saturday but then you need proper ear plugs to not have it affect your sleep. It is a walk from the main town centre, and the hill is steep, so need to be mobile, or happy to use taxis. But the walk is worth it as the location is peaceful. "Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "
