"I liked everything during my 4 day stay. As I told the folks at Reception, the only issue I could raise was the single glazing in my room on Level 4, in terms of traffic noise at night. Double glazing would reduce the air conditioning costs, as the glass felt quite hot during the day. Overall you deserve the 10!"

"Change is a unique experience in luxury and seeing how the “others” live. The rooms at Crown Plaza are really well designed and maintained. They have filtered water so that plastic water bottles are not necessary. Towels are well lay out. Climate in the room is truly adjustable. There wasn’t much of a view, but that was a small complaint. The jewel is a glass mall adjacent to the Chrome Plaza hotel. This multilevel building is otherworldly. There is a waterfall passing through the center of it because it is actually donut shaped. In the central part of the building, there are tropicalplants growing. The building contained so many restaurants so as to make it difficult to choose there are also stores of all kinds, including clothing, groceries, travel, etc. I could’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza another couple of weeks without boredom "
