Cons: Anfahrt erfolgt ueber eine unbefestigte und enge Strasse die einiges Fahrgeschick erfordert."

"Overall excellent and any (small) issues dealt with quickly and easily. This villa is really all about the terrace and views out over the sea, which we enjoyed every night with bbqs or a stroll along the beach to Lo Squolo which is excellent also. Good location to explore the area although we didn’t really spend any time in Balestrate or Trappani so can’t comment on the location from this point of view. Thank you to the team there!"

"Sicily is an amazing town but the accomodation at the villa was the worst ever. Starting with the basic cleaning status of the villa, the toilet is teribble very very old . The shower is compeltely rusted.. there is no garabage bin (which is considered a basic thing). The surrounding area without a car is unsafe due to dangerous free dogs, although we were not informed about that. The tenant is not honest at all especially regarding electricity consumption. "The apartment was very nice. Very clean, everything you need. Up on a hill where there is some nice wind in the evening to cool a little bit down. You have a nice walk through Balestrate to one of the two beaches, they are not so far away. The Owners, family Ruffino, are very polite and helpful. When one of us had to much sun at the beach and felt very sick, we called them and the carried us home. It was a nice stay and we were very happy."
