"This is a lovely boutique style hotel in a great location in Old San Juan. The room was comfortable. The balcony was big. Perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy a morning cuppa. The water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking, but this is an old building, so I wouldn't expect jet flow. The character makes up for that. The staff was excellent and helpful with suggestions for dining and such. Would definitely stay here again. "

The hotel needs a major revamp, including things like the towels and sheets which had stains and holes in the towels. Only pro is location and rooftop. If you are desperate to find a place to stay in old town that’s affordable and don’t mind the dirtiness, this is the place for you. "
