Top Ballochbuie Forest Hotel Reviews
Argyle Guest House
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely B&B. Great hosts. Wonderful breakfast, with home made bread! Room was cosy. Shower was quirky but nice and hot. We would definitely stay here again"
The Kirkmichael Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at the Kirkmichael hotel was great. Our check in was seamless and we were shown to our room and around the venue. Dane was very helpful and made us an amazing picnic lunch for the following day. We had dinner both nights at the hotel and the food was delicious and you will never go hungry here. The staff were great and so helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and we will be back."
Dalmunzie Castle Hotel
8/10 Good
"We did love this hotel, it has a charm and is an amazing location, a mile long drive into the estate, magical. The castle it's self is a bit like a worn walking boot, scuffed, not new or smart, but very comfortable. Our room had a four poster bed so high I had to help my wife onto it, quite funny. Food was very good, dinner delicious and a good choice at breakfast. It does need up dating, and sprucing up, but stepping out and looking up at the hills surrounding you makes you think you are somewhere special."
Nethybridge Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone was so kind and helpful - it was a pleasure to stay hetre."
Coylumbridge Resort Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great hotel, plenty of parking and within walking distance to Aviemore centre."
Balmoral Arms
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were just lovely and very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good and the rooms were modern and clean. I would definitely stay again if in the area."
Kindrogan House
8/10 Good
"Great place for large groups who want to spend time together. It has a nice spacious communal kitchen and a cosy living room. Outdoor space was beautiful too. Downside were the dirt road which needs some work that the owner confirm he plans to do and the fact that the rooms were a bit outdated and would need more care."
The Pitlochry Hydro Hotel
8/10 Good
"The staff at the main desk was extremely helpful, pleasant and The property is older. The beds were comfortable. Plumbing was qurky. We didn't use any of the amenities."
Glenkilrie House
10/10 Excellent
"An excellent place to stay. The owners were very welcoming, the room was spacious with a full-size bathroom that included a separate bath and shower, then to top it all we had access to a communal living room with two double leather sofas, TV etc. and superb decor. The dining area was fabulous, with an oak table and chairs seating ten people. Absolutely outstanding! - This accommodation is marvellous and one of the best B & B’s I have ever stayed in. Congratulations indeed to the owners for making their property such a wonderful place for people to stay. 100% recommended to everyone."
