He was absolutely not helpful when we inquired about our diamond elite status and kept saying “water, that’s all you get.” Even though the app showed differently. We tried to ask him about parking later that evening and he waved his arms in circles to show “all of it” even after we walked away. The room was clean but the shower needed a good scrub. For the price we paid, we expected some sort of friendliness. But it is what it is and I know this is a hotel to never rebook."
