We loved our stay in this hotel. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is delicious! Great for families traveling, the family room is bright and spacious. Plus there is free guarded parking!

Amei o hotel!!! Voltaria com certeza e recomendarei para todos. Já na recepção fomos muito bem atendidos. Hotel tem como primeiro diferencial o estacionamento incluso e sem custos, mas posso relacionar vários itens que nos agradaram. O quarto triplo que ficamos era bem limpo, toalhas e roupa de cama cheirosas, tinha amenities no banheiro, ganhamos uma garrafa de água de 1,5l, chocolates e uma cartinha fofa de boas vindas. Achei o hotel bem cuidadoso em agradar. Tem uma piscina com água quente que não tivemos tempo de usar, área de jogos e brinquedoteca para os pequenos. O ponto alto, entretanto, foi um café da manhã muito sortido, farto e com pastéis que conquistaram nosso coração. Área silenciosa também. Parabéns ao funcionários sempre solícitos e gentis conosco! Por mais hotéis no Brasil como vcs.

Fomos colocados num apto acima do portão do estacionamento. Cada vez que abriam ou fechavam o portão o barulho( alto) e vibração eram sentidos no quarto. Reclamamos, mas nao foi tomada nenhuma providencia. Diante das duas ultimas hospedagens ( Balneario Camboriu e Gramado) e por nunca termos tido qquer problema antes, estamos com a sensação de que agora, os piores alojamentos, são destinados para quem reserva pelo hotels.com

Não temos nenhum ponto negativo em relação à hospedagem (ficamos do dia 05/10/2025 até 10/10/2025). Embora o hotel não seja localizado na avenida principal, fica perto de tudo: padarias, alguns restaurantes, farmácias, etc, além de estar em uma rua tranquila e silenciosa. Um dos grandes diferenciais, especialmente para quem viaja de carro, é o estacionamento. Eles possuem três estacionamentos monitorados por câmeras, totalmente inclusos na diária (sem custo adicional), o que foi decisivo na nossa escolha, já que em praticamente todos os outros hotéis pesquisados o estacionamento era cobrado à parte. Quanto às instalações, estava tudo muito limpo (a limpeza do quarto é feita diariamente). O hotel é bem maior do que aparenta e o quarto tem um tamanho excelente para duas pessoas, com cama confortável, televisão e banheiro de bom tamanho. No banheiro, havia cotonetes e até uma lixinha de unha, além de outros detalhes simpáticos. Como cortesia, recebemos uma garrafa de água de 1,5 litro e um cartãozinho fofo (pequenos gestos que fazem diferença). Todos os funcionários foram muito receptivos e educados durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã merece destaque: foi excepcional, um dos melhores que já tivemos em hotel. Completo, com diversas opções de sucos, pães, bolos, queijos, recheios, salada de frutas e até pastel. Tudo muito bem servido. Na saída, ainda recebemos um chocolate como mimo de despedida. Com certeza, se voltarmos à cidade, nos hospedaremos novamente aqui.

Primero que nada la calificación es porque tanto la ducha como la comodidad de la cama están debajo del promedio, (el colchón muy duro y la.ducha con baja presión), de todo lo demás excelente, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y el desayuno encima del promedio, de las instalaciones la alberca estaba cerrada por mantenimiento lo cual también se atribuye a la baja en la calificación,
