The level of service truly stood out—whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or any other team member, they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. "Many inner city lodgers who made noise until 2:00 am--loud music, drunken revelry inside and outside the building, yelling, slamming doors, one couple's slap fight, unattended kids running in hallways. Pot smell in hallways, seeping from rooms, and in parking lot. Worst motel experience of my life. Avoid at all costs. Unsafe, dangerous environment. Sleep in your car instead."

"The property stated it had a rooftop fireplace. Which attracted me to the property. But it was not a fireplace . I asked the lady at the front desk. She stated check on the 7th floor. There wasn't a rooftop fireplace. This needs to be removed from part of the amenities. "

"For a Hyatt Place in the nice part of Baltimore that this was located, it felt worlds away from what I was hoping for or expecting. Lots of things either broken or unhinged, unfriendly staff, were always lacking what I was looking for and just overall not great "
