"There was no way for me to get a free hotel shuttle from BWI airport to this Holiday Inn hotel. I was grateful for the shuttle from the hotel to the BWI airport when I was leaving. How does anyone get a shuttle from BWI to this hotel? There was no phone number of the hotel listed on the Orbitz website. "

"Ok…..let me start out by saying that this was a great place to stay. No issues when comes to safety in area as the police are out on foot. In terms of parking, it’s a quick walk maybe 3 minutes away. Upon arrival, you need to pull in and unload in front of the doors. There is no requirement for valet. I will be staying at location anytime we visit Baltimore as there are so many shops you can walk too along places to grab a bite. Indoor pool and outdoor fireplace at night. Breakfast includes sandwiches that were amazing. "

"Very quiet surroundings and the bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator was in a separate space from bed in a cupboard so didn't hear at night. Also the a/c was in ceiling, so very quiet."
