"We waited 2 hours after checkin to get a room. They were understaffed for the sold out night. The bar was packed with people waiting for rooms and it took a long time. Everyone was nice about it but they needed help. Great location for concerts or games."

"The room was very small and narrow and difficult for three people to navigate well. The bathtub was very slippery and definitely needed some kind of slip prevention. No pantry/store on site except for a very small area by the front desk. They had almost nothing available and it was mostly empty. The staff that we came into contact with were very friendly though and the room was clean so we were happy with it. Valet parking was a huge plus but cost $45 a night. Add that to the high cost of the room and it was a very expensive one night stay. Would possibly stay again if the cost decreased a little."

"Really loved this hotel. Sits 30 minutes outside of Baltimore in a great area with nearby restaurants and entertainment. Room was big , clean, nicely decorated , modern . The room had a coffee maker with illy pods , microwave and refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again"

"Room was sufficient for what we needed. Air conditioning unit didn’t cool well. Tv cable didn’t work at all kept going in and out couldn’t watch tv at all. Parking wasn’t included and didn’t know that the garage was specifically for the hotel. Er parked across the street with no problems. Similar cost."
